I have comprehensive workshop facilities and I am able to offer a wide range of

restoration, repair and servicing for military watches.

RESTORATIONS, REPAIRS AND SERVICING

I regularly restore, repair and service vintage military timepieces for customers within the UK and from across the world. Over the years I have rescued many rare watches that were thought to have been beyond repair.

I specialise in timepieces used by the German Armed Forces during WW2, such as the Luftwaffe chronographs from Hanhart and Glashutte/Tutima. Also, the large 55mm B-Uhr watches from IWC, Stowa, Lange, Wempe and Laco.

Work is always carried out in sympathy to the age and patina of the watch and in accordance with a plan of work agreed with the customer.

I have excellent workshop facilities and many contacts for specialist services if required.

I treat all my customers timepieces as if they are my own and I always aim to meet my customers' requirements in full and to a high standard.

All work done is guaranteed for 12 months (parts and labour + postage) assuming usage is in sympathy with the age and design of the watch.

WW2 Glashutte Tutima Urofa 59 Pilots Watch No. 209294- Full Restoration :- This is a watch that I recently restored for a customer. As you can see from the 'before' pics below the watch pushers were missing. Also the balance hairspring had been pulled out of shape. The watch had been used a lot and the bezel was partly worn away !

Restoration of this watch was quite a challenge - as you can see the pusher tube was severely damaged and needed to be replaced. There were many parts that were either completely missing or worn out.
